It is the goal of this company Listing Mechanic.com affiliate of Team3D, Inc, to give high quality web, marketing, optimization and graphic design services at a per job cost versus per hour to ensure that the client has the opportunity to understand what they are getting for their money and can budget accordingly. As you will see in the following pages our contract is simply a “menu” of services available to you at fixed prices not per hour. Kind of like ordering at a restaurant, what you see is what you get. If you don’t finish the hamburger doesn’t mean you pay 1/2 the price, however if you’re not happy with your hamburger you are free to ‘send it back’ for no additional charge.
It is the policy of this company not to issue refunds in whole or in part once the job has been initiated. The client does have 24 hours from the signing of the contract to terminate the agreement. We recommend sending an email to terminate the contract so that there is a time stamp, and there would be no question of the termination meeting the expiration deadline. After that time it is assumed that both parties have agreed to undertake the contract and move forward to its completion. If the client wishes to terminate the contract after the 24 hour period has expired, the client is no longer bound by the contract with ListingMechanic.com, however and monies paid to date will be forfeited.
ListingMechanic.com is committed to complete the job to customers satisfaction, for no additional cost to the client, based on what “menu” items are stated in the contract. Any additional changes, or new items will start a new contract at a new cost.
It is the clients responsibility to provide a completed interview form, photography (such as a headshot), and any content, unless the client has contracted with ListingMechanic.com to provide those items at an additional cost. The client may be asked to provide additional information or items, it is the clients responsibility to provide that information or item in a timely manner. Failure to do so will delay the final product completion and may be subject to an additional charge, if the feedback request goes unfulfilled for more than 72 hours.
Monthly maintenance and optimization contracts, from www.SEO4Agents.com, these “subscriptions” are on a month by month basis, and are terminable at anytime. If the client decides to terminate the “subscription” partially through a month, the contract will terminate at the beginning of the following month, proration's are not available.
